The achievement was part of a major night for Jamaican tourism, which dominated the awards by securing 45 honors, including 29 regional awards and 16 national titles. The gala, held on October 4th, saw Jamaica reinforce its position as a powerhouse in the Caribbean travel industry.

Club Mobay’s parent company, VIP Attractions, shares the spotlight with its key partner, Sangster International Airport (SIA), which was also celebrated at the awards. SIA won the title of Caribbean’s Leading Airport for an unprecedented 17th consecutive year, a testament to the airport’s consistently high standards and ongoing infrastructure improvements. The joint recognition highlights the success of the island’s comprehensive approach to enhancing the visitor experience from arrival to departure.

Shane Munroe, CEO of MBJ Airports Limited, the operator of SIA, dedicated the airport’s win to the entire team and community, acknowledging their tireless effort to provide a world-class service combined with authentic Jamaican hospitality.

These accolades, alongside awards for several other Jamaican hotel and resort properties, collectively paint a picture of a resilient and dominant tourism market.

This latest win for Club Mobay reinforces its reputation for delivering an elevated and relaxing travel experience, providing amenities such as a comfortable arrival lounge, complimentary food and drinks, fast-track service, and reliable Wi-Fi. For both first-time and returning visitors, the lounge has become a key element of the journey, reflecting the broader commitment to quality that has made Jamaica an award-winning destination year after year.
