When Capt. Norval Sinclair Marley was born in 1882, in Clarendon, Jamaica, his father, Albert Thomas Marley, was 31 and his mother, Ellen Ann Bloomfield, was 23. He married Cedella Edith Malcolm on 9 June 1944, in Saint Ann, Jamaica. They were the parents of at least 1 son. He lived in Jamaica in 1944. He died on 23 May 1957, in Half Way Tree, Saint Andrew, Jamaica, at the age of 75, and was buried in Saint Ann, Jamaica.
