This  villa has different kind of rooms, to suite all types of customers and budgets. All guests can enjoy their common Terrace, Kitchen, Swimming Pool, Gym and Garden area!

Their two villas on the premises have 5 rooms each. The common areas of both villas include kitchen, living room, dining area and terrace with sea view. We have a chef on the property for breakfast, dinners and drinks. Guests have free access to the Swimming Pool, gym with table tennis and free secured parking. The garden around the villa, with fruit trees and coconut palms. 

The front villa has one master bedroom, three kingsize bedrooms and one queen bedroom. The back villa has one master bedroom, two king-size bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a family room with a double and a single bed. 

Their staff is always at the premises, and we are happy to help you with everything you might need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We have contact with tour guides, and transport services, so we can help you to find the best way to reach the places you want to go to. 
The neighbourhood San San is a quiet stretch of the North-East Coast of Jamaica, only about seven miles from the historic town of Port Antonio. 
San San is home to the fabulous white sand beach and first all-inclusive resort in the world: Frenchmans Cove, the luxurious San San villas and the world-famous Blue Lagoon. 
Just down the road, you can find the community of Drapers, with a little supermarket, bars, shops and some restaurants for your everyday needs. Port Antonio, and especially San San is close to the main attractions, like world-famous Blue Lagoon, Frenchman's Cove, Boston Beach, Winnifred beach, Long Bay Beach, Reach Falls, Somerset Falls, Rafting on the Rio Grande. Water sports activities like scuba diving, sailing, kayaking and more are available in the area. Hiking in the Blue Mountains can be arranged from Port Antonio too

Getting around with local taxi cost 1-2 USD, Fare may increase overtime,  they will bring you around the parish to reach locations like Blue Lagoon, Winnifred beach, Boston Bay, Long Bay and Port Antonio downtown cheap and easy.
For a city, to city transport, you have the KnutsfordExpress with daily departures from Port Antonio city. Local buses are also running daily to Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Kingston, Negril. The staff can always arrange a private taxi for you with one of our drivers.

Other things to note:
The Police Station of San San is just 2 miles down the road.

:Kids, age 0-3 can sleep in the same bed, free of charge. Children over 3 years old need an extra mattress. Extra mattress available 20 USD at night.Extra bed: 30 USD a night.
